Thanks GhettoS, actually deadlifts and squats are my weak areas-but I'm working on it.It helps to work out with the heavy hitters like YBW and Pup,great for encouragement and pushin you to the limits!

I see you like working in the 2-6 rep range, I love it too. My favorite rep number seems to be 4 though. Dont ask me.

hey Budiak,2-6 reps is great,you can go heavier and still have enough energy to do a few extra sets.

Shoulders are gettin better,forearm is the same.Pecs,you just must get to the gym at a reasonable hour,afternoons are gettin tougher and tougher,sun is shining,warm weather,golf courses are callin,and the Harley is rarin to go!

Actually pecs,I've been doing pretty well on working out.Last thursday did a personal best in deadlift-415,felt pretty good with that,was off for the weekend,played 90 holes of golf on saturday and sunday,did chest with ybw and pup on monday,did arms in standish yesterday.Went to the powerhouse here in saginaw at lunch today,thinking about doing 3 months here for a while so I can work out at lunch and free up some evenings.Will still do chest and legs and shoulders with the guys.
