I am going to be very busy the next months, that means 10 hours a day away from my kitchen. I am currently bulking and I am trying to get 150 grs of protein everyday. I am looking for practical (and cheap) solutions for my protein need, I dont have access to protein powders, bars, etc. Any ideas?

Go out and buy 750 mg of cottage cheese.
Cook 5 hard boiled eggs.
Drink 4 glasses of milk.

Total protein intake is........ 152 grms.
