This is the first time I have ever been here. I am wondering on when and how I should take Sci-Fit's 19 Nor Androstack 2 safely and effectively everyday. Thanks

Are there not directions on the package?

Yeah there is a label, it is an actual suppliment. It says as a dietary suppliment take one in the morning and one before you go to bed. Is this how I should take it?

That would be your best bet. Follow the directions through for the first time you use it. That way you'll know if it helps or not. If you decide to do it again you can monkey around with the doses but I'd just do what the directions say as they are probably there for a reason.

19-Nor is a precursor to nortestosterone. A nandralone I believe. It's excellent for killing sex drive.....

I've asked around before when I was taking prohomorones last year and a lot of people prefered 1-AD and 1-T over 19Nor. Saying 1-AD/1-T products they kept little water retention, while making good strength and weight gains. Not to mention, maybe having problems w/HPTA(Hypothalamus Pituitary Testicular Axis) after a cycle.
