im Starting a workout log.
Im 19
Stats are 5.11 183 9%BF
Been Training seriously for : 1 year.

Im training for SIZE (dont care bout strenght :p).
Im Bulking now up to 210 and hoping to hit it with a low BF no more than 14. Bytheway I am no Strong mofo but im pretty big... Genetic(Large shape/Delts/back) ... i must be doing something right and lucky. :) I post some pics soon.

Weak points: Calf,Forearm and Bi's and Tri's
Strong points: Back,Chest,Quads and Hams.
Be aware im no Curl jockey and i concentrate my effort on coumpound exercises.
Im open to all comments are welcome! And! About the langage thing my main langage is french,english is second so don't be too hard on me ;) Thanks!

friday; 25-04-03

Sleep: 8 hours.

Chest /Bi's/Tri's

Incline DB Press
40x8,55x6,40x8,35x8 Then immediately dropped over to flat DB

Flat DB Press

Cable Fly's
I did reps till failure... dont remember the weight...

Reverse Grip EZ bar preacher curls
25x10,60x6,40x8(slow reps)

Concentration Curls
20x10,20x10 (Both slow reps)


50x8, 40x10

Tricep Pushdowns
110x8,90x8,70x8,50x till failure...

That was about it pretty good workout.No chicks at the gym :( but im sure they be plenty Sunday when i hit Delts Alone!
