nobody should get bored of "good old chicken" especially if you have some bbq sauce, damn id prefer that over cheeseburgers anyday :)

just find different ways to eat it. have the chicken in an omelette. or have chicken with some brown rice! what i also did once was i bought a can of Reduced Fat/Sodium Cream of Chicken and warmed it up, and dumped it in a bowl with my chicken, and tore-up some pieces of bread and threw it in with it. dang.. it tasted good!

You can probably find MANY low calorie marinades at the supermarket or perhaps you can create one yourself. All you'd have to do is soak chicken in the marinade for a few hours and voila! You've got super tender and flavored chicken with minimal additional calories.

2 grilled chickens marinated in soy sauce thrown into a small salad with light italian dressing, shredded parmesian cheese, roasted sunflower seeds, fat free ranch croutons or toasted bread broken into pieces

Horse meat is also very lean, as is ostrich, and turkey breats are a good choice too.

Wow, I never heard of ostrich or horse meat! Heh, I'll have to try that.

You can also try bison meat or venison if you want some alternate choices of lean meats.
