1 cup low fat milk,
1/2 cup peach low fat yogurt
1 fresh peach
3 scoops vanillia whey protein
5g Glutamine powder
7g creatine
500mg L-Carnitine powder
500mg Pyruvate powder
300mg ginger root extract powder
1tbls flax seed oil

blend together and enjoy, i will use this as a postworkout recovery drink, drink half right after training and the other half about 45 min later very tasty and packed full of recovery enhancing nutriants
