Hey, you need to supinate (turn) your wrists in order to bring your biceps to maximum contraction and thus maximum peak.

Your back looks good, lean.

Sweet! For once I caught the same thing that Mason already pointed out.

As for your back well :drooling:

Yeah, I see what you mean. I can handle that. And the rear lat spread came out weird too. Taking pictures helps point out the flaws for sure and then I seem to remember not to make the same mistakes.

You hit the rear lat spread much better on Saturday. Your hands might still be a little too low in that picture. Try to bring them up just a little towards your rib cage. Your hands might be just a little too far forward. Bring them back a tad and really feel your shoulder blades seperate.

You can hit it really good when looking at it. Get that feel and you've got it down.

How do you get your hair that short? Did you justs have it and let it grow out some? I'm thinkin' bout cuttin my hair down like that.

Oh yeah, you look good, too.

Ditto to Mason on the arms. Also try curling your fists down more to bring out max forearm. ;)

I just shave it without a guard once every 5 days or so.

3 of the pics aren't showing.....not that it matters. I may need to repost them.

Dammit....I will retake back double bi and backlat spread tomorrow morning. I know all the tips you folks are giving me, but keep screwing up.

I hate viewing your photos, Craig.

They really make me feel small and chubby.

You look 2 weeks out in some of those pics!
Great job.
You know your tree came out in the back lat spread right?
Don't get discouraged it's a lot to remember.
Keep up the kick @$$ work!

Great work, Bennett. Your delts look huge, especially in the back double bi pic!

04-28-2003, 04:55 PM
Looking great Craig. Very impressive. When you practice your poses do you use a mirror? They guy that helped with posing took the mirror away four weeks out and made me pose without it. He said you don't have a mirror on stage.

lat spread looks great... and your delts don't disappear when you spread the lats... i personally love that look, it just adds to your back.. and the delts look huge in double bi shot...

looks like your ahead of time being 5 weeks out..

i flip the clippers around so its digging into my head and scrape the hair off to get it even shorter

How much you weigh in these pics?

04-28-2003, 10:28 PM
Wow man. You're looking phenomenal. I take it you mean you're 'five weeks out' from a competition? Hopefully you'll have some competition pics for us eventually?

Thanks everybody. Alot of folks say I look ahead of schedule, but I just don't know. The bodyfat still shows I have some work to do. That said, I may have upped my calories some this past week or so it seems. Added a few more carbs. I weighed 170.5 lbs. or so in these pics. If I do the Junior Lightweights I need to get to 165 lbs. Then I would be the biggest and probably the tallest in that group. That is the plan.

Since I wasn't pleased with 2 back shots I'm replacing them with these. I think they are better, they were spontaneous this morning so I didn't take them until I got them as I wanted.

Double Back Bicep retake

Back Lat Spread Retake

Thanks again.

I may post some pictures at like 2 weeks out. Probably wouldn't be a real difference though except maybe 2 lbs. lighter or so.

Looking sharp, what's your bi's measure?

04-29-2003, 12:52 PM
Whoa. Simply amazing. You def. need to get a nose ring and shave your head down, it's the only way to make you look more badass.

Probably not even 16 inches now. They were like 16.50 before I started dieting for this show.

LOL. I'll say NO WAY to the nose ring, but I may shave my head completely for the show. It's just more maintenance crap to keep up with though. :p Thanks for the compliment though.
