I couldn't think of a good subject :D
Anyhow...
I use to workout all the time, but in the last 8 years I think I've looked at my home gym maybe twice.
I guess, it has to do with becoming a father..
Well I'm about to become a father for the third time, anytime now.

I plan on getting in shape AGAIN, but I've been saying this for 3-4 years now :D

I hate gyms, plus they cost too damn much.
I got incline/decline bench, about 400 Ibs, a number of barbell/dumbbells and leg extension.

I'm looking for some help and support with this quest.
- routine
- support
- advice

Currently I'm

height - 5'9
weight - 220
waist - 34ish

I still have alot of my muscle mass, its just cover with fat :(
I'll post a picture soon, I just don't want my much younger/fitter wife to see what I'm up too...

Thanks
James

What equipment does your home gym include?

You can find some basic rountines on exrx.net at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu.html . Click on a desired split, click on a body part, then select an exercise that is possible with your home gym setup.

Welcome to the boards. Glad to hear you're going to get back in shape. Have you checked out the WBB routines? Many here have had good success with them. Good luck with your goals and congrats on becoming a daddy again!
