I couldn't think of a good subject :D
Anyhow...
I use to workout all the time, but in the last 8 years I think I've looked at my home gym maybe twice.
I guess, it has to do with becoming a father..
Well I'm about to become a father for the third time, anytime now.
I plan on getting in shape AGAIN, but I've been saying this for 3-4 years now :D
I hate gyms, plus they cost too damn much.
I got incline/decline bench, about 400 Ibs, a number of barbell/dumbbells and leg extension.
I'm looking for some help and support with this quest.
- routine
- support
- advice
Currently I'm
height - 5'9
weight - 220
waist - 34ish
I still have alot of my muscle mass, its just cover with fat :(
I'll post a picture soon, I just don't want my much younger/fitter wife to see what I'm up too...
