WHATS THE BEST DIET TO GET SHREDDED!!!!????? Would the TKD be better for someone who is on AS(winny/EQ), becuase of the the more intense workouts?? OR CKD diet the best diet to get shredded and maintain mucsle/drop fat, i am about 11% i would say, and want to get down to a lower BF%, say 7 or 8%? I have been on a low carb diet for about 8 weeks now, and have come down from about 16%BF. I have hit a plateau, and want a change.

Would the change to a CKD/TKD now help me push below the 10% and hopefull even lower??

This is the break down that a calculator gave me of what to eat on a CKD diet. Does that look right?? i entered my current weight, should i enter the weight i want to be shredded at, my LBM????

Day.....BMR................. Fat g....Protein g...Carb g
1.......2451..................231......92.........Less/20 Grams
2.......2322..................194 .....145........Less/20 Grams
3.......2193..................158......192........Less/20 Grams
4.......2580..................201......194........Less/20 Grams
5.......2322..................181......174........Less/20 Grams
6.......2193..................158......192........Less/20 Grams
7.......3354...................37......168........587(Carb Up)

I really know very little about AS so I would be hesitant to give you diet advice in regards to AS. Have you thought about incorporating periodic refeeds in your diet? Here is an article that might help, but Severed Ties would be the person to ask in regards to the AS.

Either diet will work, if I had to pick one I'd opt for TKD.

I would not use the TKD breakdown guidlines since they are not intended for people using AS.

protein should be around 300 grams/day

50 grams of carbs PWO.

Around 90 grams of fat atleast half of which coming from monounsaturated and EFA's.

Remember AS will not cut you up, they will help maintain a positive protein balance despite resticted carbs, low calories, and cardio.

Diet and cardio are what burn bodyfat so make sure both are 100%.

Hey, cutting up, if you lose 5% BF on the CKD diet, why don't you stick to it? You'll eventually get over that plateau.

Just my 2 cents :)

No i was just doing a restricted calorie diet to lose the first amount of weight, and now i am pushing towards the summer and would like an extra push and a change in diet.

Thank you very much for your help guys.
