5 low fat oreo cookies
5 scoops pro performance chocolate weight gainer
2 scoops whey protein
7g creatine
5g L-Glutimine
1 tbls flax seed oil

cals = 1500
Pro = 80
fat = 22
carbs = 250

Uh 250g carbs in one sitting of 1500 calories with oreos included isn't cheating? No wonder I'm so small....

by all means dont consume this all at one time drink half and drink the other half an hour later, add ginger root to it for added absorbtion of protein into system, besides if you body needs the protein its not going to throw it away, your body only disgards protein when a positive nitrogen balance has been achieved just my 2cc

Hell, if you want to lower the carbs and overall calories, just decrease the number of scoops of weight gainer you use.... shouldn't make to much of a difference.
