bastards!
I went grocery shopping today and I accidentally went through the junk food aisle, I stopped at almost EVERY SINGLE JUNK FOOD to check the labels to make sure they were fattening :(, I'm craving oreo pudding cake from Waffle House :drooling:, muffins, and I just saw that KFC commercial with the pillsbury chocolate cake :drooling: x 10^10000

I started my Saturday day with my usual chocolate chip pancakes and vanilla shake, hit BK for lunch then went to the cheesecake factory last night. That place is amazing....after a double bbq bacon cheese burger I got some kinda conglomerate of tastiness called brownie sunday cheesecake...dam I never though cutting could taste so good.....I though good thing I'm "refeeding" cause this is just what my body needs,LOL!

With refeeds like that, I think I'll try cutting again! Well maybe after I try MrWebb's bulking program. ;)

I'm cutting right now and I drank 12 beers and ate a bunch of junk food b4 bed.
But I paid 4 it cuz I was drinking in a hot tub and I had the worst hangover ever today.....
I'm not drinking 4 a while:)
But anyway I was trying to get a lot of food in me today to get my system going again and I have some pizza and a brownie. So I'm not jealous eithier.
But tommorrow it's back to the gym and to the cutting.
Suprisingly it doesn't look like this has thrown me to far off track.

Refeeds- the best thing to happen to your diet since....well...since you weren't on one.

i'm refeeding on over-cooked beef and plain baked potatoes at the moment
it's not that i don't believe in cheesecakes and pancakes in moderation - it's just that i am never moderate

If by moderation you mean eating till uncomfortablely full turn into flat out pain then yes I'd say I'm very moderate.;)

eating even half a pan of brownies or 3-layer chocolate cake would be considered moderation in my world.

OMG this reminds me of my pot smoking days when I'd get the munchies and eat a bowl of brownie batter cause I was too lazy and impatient to cook it.

11:00am - full pan of brownies pulled out of oven
11:02am - first corner cut out and eaten
11:15am - approximately 1/3 of batch disappeared
....
12:00pm - brownies? i don't see any brownies. :(
