Not that ST needs any backup, but I have been CKD'ing for a while now, and coffee and diet sodas do not seem to have affected my weight loss in any way.

I'm glad diet soda and coffee dont effect it, because I've only managed to drink 2litres of diet A&W Root beer for the best 3 hours (TRAFFIC!!!!) and just finally got home to my yummy tuna :D

i would minimize the diet sodas/drinks on a keto diet --- as stated before in about a billion or so threads, too much aspartame can knock *some* people out of keto.

well i don't like ANY diet sodas, so its either Coffee, water, or green tea. And i don't drink any artificial sugars or milk.

Thanks.

caffiene can also help mobilize FFA's. kinda like taking the diet pills with no ephedra, but not really. it can also help out w/ your work outs.

Yes, although not very much as compared to coffee or other types of tea.

Caffeine levels of green teas were generally much lower (about 14mg to 37 mg per eight-ounce cup) compared to black teas (50 mg per cup) or coffee (140 mg per cup).

Yeah, this is true, but it is worth a try. I know a lot of people who are not affected by it. I don't normally drink soda at all, but when you spend all week eating nothing but meat, you start to crave a little variety and some other flavors.
