Comments on my BB saga:
I used to be hardcore (for 11 months ) in BB. My personal best on Bench press was 185 and squats 205 and DL 245. 4 months ago I broke up with my gf, then got into depression and today I went to the gym after 4 months. My eating habits went to **** in the last 4 months. Today I did dumbbell presses and could only lift 55lbs.

I need life. I want to live again.

Where the **** is my lighter?

You need a dermatologist. Bad. Your face is totally covered in this weird black rash.

lol, I think Gal was just being sarcastic dude.

Anyways, get you ass back on to a regular routine. Get your diet in order and stop smoking.

Every time you feel the urge to smoke, drink a protein shake instead. Good luck getting back into things.

Good job on finally going back to the gym though!
Just keep going and after a few weeks it'll be back to routine again, and also maybe the endorphins from working out again will help you to feel better ( and drop the cigs too).
Good luck!

Seems like good advice, but....wouldn't 20 protein shakes a day be a little much.

I am trying to get on track. I want to bulk up. Last 4 months in depression left me nowhere. I lost a lot of weight and strength. But to answer your question, yes I want to bulk like a motherf****r. And I want to get my diet straight. I had been living on pizzas and hamburgers. Never had enough motivation to cook at home. But yesterday at the gym reminded me of old days. I am waiting for the weekend to do my 'old' grocery of chicken breasts and eye round beef.

what hurts to know is that I am still the same as I was in August 2002.
