I am new to this board, as I have looked at all different boards and this seems to be the friendlyest. I am 5'8" @170lbs- 11% BodyFat. I am 30 and have been using AAS since 19. I have always had good luck with them and always been happy with my results. I believe that my success is because I do my homework and check into everything before doing anything. I had to take 5 years of off AAS because I was in the service, and Drug tests and morals kept me from doing anything. But Since I have been home I have again started takeing AAS. Have made great gains. But Now I have decided to go for the GH, Slin, T3/ SUS. I am having trouble figuring out the right dosages. This is what I was thiking:

GH= 4iu ED 5on 2 Off (2iu morning, 2iu before Training)
Slin=?
T3=?
Sus= 500mg Week (1 SUS 250, 2 Times a week)

I need Help in Figuring out the Slin & T3 Dosages and when to take them. I want to gain size stay about 10-12% bodyfat. I know that it is very hard to predict what gains I will be expecting. I have a hard time putting on size, but always get quality gains.

Here's some stuff I had stored on T3 for you. I would hate to comment on slin as I just do not know enough about it.


Once you take more than the endogenously produced amount of T3(Thyroxin) TSH levels PLUMMET.
So, if TSH levels PLUMMET, what's the point of ramping up?
Its not like you're trying to make them adapt to the dosage. They're low ALREADY.
You now have to take advantage of the T3's fat-burning
effects before TSH levels PLUMMET even FURTHER.

So this is how I would do:

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs

And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:

The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.

Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs

Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)

Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs

8-weeks total.

Same principal can be used for lower max

If you need to do over 6 weeks then look at this

Days 1,2: 50 mcgs
Days 3,4: 75 mcgs
Days 5-20: 100 mcgs
Days 21-27 : 37.5mcgs
Days 28-34 : 25 mcgs
Days 35-42 : 12.5 mcgs

6 weeks in total.

Trick is you climb steep but slow decent so you allow TSH levels to adapt.
