View Full Version : Anybody ever get Protein smoothies from Smoothie King???

I have been drinking them recently and I must say they are great. Only problem is they have like 400 calories and almost 100 carbs with only 30 grams protein. But they are full of so much natural fruit and nothing bad.

Plus they are incredibly tasty.

I just get a blended banana and carrot smoothie, with soy protein added in. The sugar is off the roof though. Not ideal for cutting :)

ive never heard of smoothie king...but it doesnt surprise me now that i know the closest one to boston is 55 miles away

yeah, i know of jamba juice. Started in San Luis Obispo CA. I think its all over CA now, i know there is one in Chico. They have protien smoothies and protien boost additionals.

Maybe if you are trying to gain weight they might be a good choice but other than that I can't really see a reason to drink them. Well other than the fact that you like them:)
