Hi I'm 5'9.5" 171 lbs, 15.25 Arms, 43.5 chest, 33.5 waist, 50.5 shoulders.......Need2 work on my girly forearms! Any good routines/advice? Any other opinions welcome!
FYI: I'm 28, started lifting 6 years ago, was 140lbs with 11.5" arms & never done anything remotely athletic in my life!!!

consistency is my best advice...

as for routine, just try some of the following

wrist curls
behind the back wrist curls
reverse wrist curls
reverse preacher curls
rope roll ups
wanking off(when youre workin with the heavy weights like me this is quite the workout!) yeah jk

looks like you got some size to your arms, pic quality on lats and tri make it hard but they look big too. keep up the good work

You bulking? Mabye could reduce bf% a little

Thanks everybody. I think my bf% is only 11>12%, I just need to gain more lean Lbs anyway.
