I'm cutting and I am am usually getting my body weight in protein and keeping the carbs low.

I try to have 40% protein 30% fat and 30% carbs

But I am getting sick of eating the same crap

All I eat is

Oatmeal
Cottage Cheese
Tuna
Boca Burgers
Metrx Protein Shakes
Turkey Breast
Chicken
Peanut Butter
Cheese

That is my basic diet

I don't really eat red meat so that is out of the question.

Please suggest some stuff

I eat some bananas, apples, and other fruit.

I also buy those lil kroger nonfat yogurts that are different flavors.

I am mainly talking about food to get protein from and not many carbs.

try eggs/egg whites
fish other than tuna, salmon/halibut

for carbs try sweet potatoes, wheat noodles, wheat bread.

i dont know if you are concerned about how much sugar you eat while you cut, but i think those flavored yogurts can contain quite a bit of sugar. then again, i dont know if you are concerned about sugar or anything.

IMO learning how to prepare the same thing different ways is an easy way to add variety to your diet. There are many different ways to cook the same thing. You can use different spices, marindes, etc. to help spice up foods without adding a bunch of calories.

Also different food combinations such as maybe a stir fry dish or something along those lines. You have to be a little creative sometimes:) Check out the recipe forum and there are some good recommendation in there.

Are you sure? I buy the one that says 95% fat free, and it's way better than regular bacon.
