suggestions for 2nd cycle wanted

Wanting suggestions for 2nd cycle. 6'3 245 responded well to 10 week run of 500mg test e. Will run test again, probably 625 mg a week. I also have 4g fina. If i run fina, for how long? and at the front or end or both. should i add anything else.
I want to stay away from orals. I have the anti-E's covered.

also would like thoughts on frontloading test, i do not understand the benefits.

I am loooking for mass.
