Okay, so for that past year i have been using the low carb rule, and restricting my carbs as much as possible, without really calculating how man i eat on cheat day, etc. My problem with low carbing is that, when i cheat, or am tempted to eat something, i splurge out and cant stop because there is no official "carb up day" like ckd. I'm going to try this diet out, and i was wondering if anybody could direct me to a site or article that would help me to understand how it works, schedules, and anything else i need to know. thanks guys.
