I created this on my own, and I must say, it's not bad.

Feel free to change around the protein scoops, I used what I felt like.

2 Tbsp Natty PB
2 Tbsp Natural Strawberry Jam
2 Scoops Soy Protein
2 Scoops Unflavored Whey Isolate
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey
1 Cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 Cup 1% Milk

Makes 24 oz (3 - 8 oz servings)

Per 8 oz. Serving:

380 cals
56g pro
22g Carb
8 g fat

Soul - I found mine at a regular local grocery store in the section with all the Jam. Just look on the ingredients for only natural ingredients. Each Tablespoon serving has 40 cals, 10g carbs, (8g sugar)

Cool, I'll try looking for natural jam. All I can find is jam with sugar substitutes in it.
