This may be a little premature but I thought I'd post for the hell of it.

I'm 8 weeks in.
weight @ 0 weeks - 144.0lbs
weight @ 2 weeks - 146.0lbs
weight @ 8 weeks - 157.2lbs

I'm really pleased with the stone or so I've added on but looking at my pictures I think you'll agree there's hardly any noticeable difference (probably because there is so much of me to fill out - i'm 6ft3in). Still the skinny guy for now :rolleyes:

Very obvious progress rich, especially in your arms. You just gotta stick with it mang! How much are you eating now, and how old are you. You just gotta keep upping the cals until the muscle stops coming, especially if you are a teenager or in your early 20s.

Thanks man. I'm 22 years old. I'm not actually paying much attention to my calories - just trying to eat big and often and it seems to be working. I make sure to eat at least some toast as soon as I get up, a big lunch, big dinner, lots of snacking and sandwiches in between. My main meals are usually pasta w/ cheese or pizza with fries.

Putting on weight has always been a problem for me up to now.. the training seems to be spurring on my appetite. Of course the creatine helps also.
