this is a picture of me. Obviously an extreme ectomorph. I think my strong point is my arms though they need much work as does the rest of me. I dont really have a chest and i need to work on getting a tan. Only been lifting for 6 weeks and cant wait to get bigger. Adding some weight gradually to all of my lifts. Haven't seen any real changes in my body yet but I will post more pictures when I do. Oh and the pants are on because my legs are so little its embarassing. And for those wondering No the GI Joe hanging in the back ground is not mine its roommates.

Eat a lot, work hard in the gym, get a lot of rest, and results will come!

I feel like a dope for having to ask, but what's an ectomorph?

ectomorph = small bone structure, generally tall, skinny, fast metabolism, thin muscles, etc..

Im 140lbs at 5'7" been lifting for 6 weeks. about to turn 21 in august.

Q 4 M - Welcome to the board. Stick aroung and you'll learn a lot.

Remember these 3 things and you'll do fine:

Eat like a Horse

Train like a Bear

Sleep like a baby.

I dunno what kind of lifting routine you're doing, but you may want to check out the WBB routines.

wow, thats a lot like me (pretty uch).

im (currently ;) ) 143 pounds at 6'0 been lifting seriously for 5 weeks, and about to turn 17 in august. lol

arms, traps and shoulders look good. pec looks like a weak point but your looking very good for 6 weeks! i cant belieive i actually missed a thread.
