Okay, so they're not really painful, but I keep getting really hungry late at night. 11:00, 12:00. I don't want to eat anything nutritious, because, well, basically I don't want to have to prepare it. Anybody got any good suggestions on something to keep handy. Ahem...besides protein bars. I have enough of those (and shakes) throughout the day.

either have the food prepared already (leftovers), or just eat some cereal

I sometimes use sugar free jello to calm hunger pangs. It helps a lot and it's rather hard to go overboard with sugar free jello unless you down multiple packets worth of it.

But your putting yourself at risk! cookies are banned at my house.. everytime i eat them, i can't just eat one or two, i eat packages at a time. Horrible. If it works for you though. :)

I love cookies.....
I'm so bad I'll chew one up and spit half of it out just to taste it.
Like halfway through I'll decide I shouldn't swallow it.
LOL
No I don't do that often, but when I see a oatmeal cookie it is ugly for my diet....
My damn mom won't stop buying them.
