water intake question

i know people that drink like two gallons a day. so i dont think you can have to much water during the day. but you can drink too much water at once , and thats called drowning :D

i drink tons of water. i usually have to take a piss every 1-2 hours. i still think i should dirnk more ;)

And back to the topic. The recommended amout of water people should drink is 1 gallon a day.

That is the recommended but it is not going to hurt you if you drink more, unless you are just drinking some insane amount. I would imagine I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day, easy.
