okAy, at the time of these pics i was down all the way to 162, after a high of 168, but i've lost fat too (why i would want that is completley unknown to me) But i've gotten back on track and everything with my diet and am eating all of the food.
Trivial detail that pertain to the pics:
17 years old. Training 2 months, primarily westside style. Started at 139lbs, now lower 160s and uh, yes, i know i fuxored the poses, but its okay. :D

Lol@maki...that's what i asked him, his quad sweep is killer for a guy his weight, like i told you on AOL...traps and guns are a strong point, pecs need to be brought up, back thickness is also lagging.

Your abs seem to be...strangely invisible for someone of your bodyfat level. You dont look like you are 6.5%.

thats because im higher than that. im guessing 8%. My abs suck, and i wish them torment in the next life. I could be .03% and you would just be able to make them out.

Nothing at all to be ashamed of! You seem to have the right idea already, eat, train hard, eat, lots of rest, eat etc :) I agree, your quads are hardcore for your size&experience level. Also agree with Pup about back and chest, but if you keep training, eating, and resting right, the gains WILL come. Congrats on the progress!

I agree with what everyone else has said...(except the hair, if you like **** everyone else!!)
The only thing I would add to the list of advice is hit the triceps more. Add some size to those and it will double the appearence of you arms.

looking good, the quad implants turned out well (jk, i am jealous). carry on with what u are doin.
and how in two months did u go from 139 to 160? (yet again i am jelous)

Just because im not fat doesnt mean im not doing my damndest to eat everything in sight. I have the heart of a fatty, but the metabolism of a bastard. Plus i get all the burgers i want. :burger: thanks for the kind words guys. im continuing to train hard and eat harder :D
