tuna? ummmmm have you ever thought aout cooking foods like chicken in advance? thats what i do when i know ill be busy all day. or ill whip up some MRP's or somthing simple.

peanut butter sandwich. can add some thin slices of banana in between the bread as well....mmmmmmmm!

Natural peanut butter sammich on WW bread. Eggs cooked however you like them, hardboiling is probably the best way to cook in advance. If you don't like tuna... make sure you're getting albacore, not skipjack, as albacore is a higher quality product, also try mixing it with some stuff. I put tuna in a large bowl, crumble some lightly sweetened cereal into it, and put in some dijon mustard. Just get creative! :)

Well of course the first thing that comes to mind would be some type of nuts, but if you plan ahead you can pretty much have whatever you want. Get some tupperware or some other type of container and just make your meals ahead of time and then throw them in a cooler and take them with you. Sandwiches have to be the most convenient food to take with you on the go besides something like a protein bar or an MRP.

Alabore tuna in the bag is great. Taste like chicken. Pricey though. can take it anywhere no refrigeration and no can opener. I agree hard boiled eggs work nice.

Well,you can grill some chicken breast when you have the time and just heat them up in a microwave later.

if you dont like the tuna. you could also try canned chicken breast. it doesnt taste too bad IMO.
