big - Actually, I took them all today. I think it's because of the lighting in the most musc pic that makes me look bigger.

Looking seriously thick man. Although it seems your hamstrings and calves are signifigantly lagging, quads seem a bit behind also. Perhaps it's just the pictures, afterall I can't see much of them. How about some posed leg shots?

LOL, no, it is because my legs are seriously lagging. I pretty much started squatting about a month ago. I just find it tough to dedicate myself to working them hard since they've always been naturally pretty big, ya know? We'll see how they turn out after a few months of hitting them hard.

hahahaha yeah, if only the sun moved directly above my head wherever I moved...

Ron - Lat spreads are kind of difficult to figure out for the first time. I just push my fists against my side, and kind of move my shoulderblades in. It feels like I'm flexing my lats out while pushing my arms back at the same time, if that makes any sense. I think it's mostly learning how to move those shoulder blades, though. Once you get it you won't forget!
