Hi everyone, this is the first time I ever took/posted any of my body shots online before so bear with me.

If you can offer any advice on:

-posing style
-lighting techniques
-maybe areas I need to work on more

or have any other requests/questions let me know.

I'm 5'10'', ~171 lbs, about 10% bodyfat by the way and currently cutting.

Thanks for the comments guys. I cannot wait to go on a longer bulk once my cut is complete. I went through several shorter bulk cycles awhile back but I think I was at too high of a bodyfat so I couldnt' stay eat like that for very long. I'm hoping that I can maintain a longer more moderate bulk once I've reached a lower bodyfat percentage.

Haha, in regards to the tan, I'm that dark naturally. Yup, that's me, a dark skinned Asian. :)

By the way, do you guys think my bodyfat percentage is accurate? I actually measured it again today this morning using the 7 site caliper method and got 9.8%. Slowly dropping the bodyfat...a little too slow for my tastes though.

lats and lower back are lagging, but delts and traps look very good. get the cut over with and start bulking!

i agree with the above, don't worry about cutting. U are naturally lean, beef it up...

Yup, looking awesome. Strong points: Legs abd Traps. You need to add some size and you'll look crazy. You do look rippeds and if you're doing anything like cardio , STOP. cut back on the cardio and eat more more mass will do you good,
Kepps pumping :strong: :bang:

Hey guys, I agree I could use a lot more mass. Although like I mentioned before I intend on getting this cut over with so I can start bulking at a lower body fat. In the past, my bulks were not sustainable because it got to the point where my bodyfat was completely unacceptable.

Cphafner- It's funny you say I'm naturally lean, it's a nice compliment but I have to say that this is so far from the truth. I wish I had before pictures because in general I tend to carry A LOT of body fat and it has been extremely difficult to get myself to this level. Hopefully I won't have to cut much longer though, because I would like to bulk again. :)

Pipimo- I'm 21 years old.

One thing guys, some of you have suggested that I work on my lats and lower back. What exercises would you suggest for me? I do agree though, those parts are lagging a bit, any kind of exercises I should add to what I do right now?

-Flat barbell bench
-Seated Row
-Squats
-Pec Dec machine
-Stiff-legged deadlifts
-dumbell shoulder press
-T-bar row
-preacher curls
-side lat raises
-Tricep rope pulldown

What else should be added so I can hit up my neglected muscle groups?

And is 9.8% a pretty accurate bodyfat measurement for me?

Thanks guys.

I think the moment you can suck your abs in like that, then the cut needs to end and let the bulking begin!

What kind of routine are you on? Are you doing a normal 3 or 4 days split? Or are you trying to do a full body routine? We can better recommend certain exercises based off how you are training now and what kind of time you want to spend in the gym without getting bored.

I'm doing HST if you're familiar with it. It's a full body workout basically.

So what's your advice?

*Bump* Any suggestions on my routine?

And is my bodyfat percentage fairly accurate?

What is that of "bulk" and "cut"?. Sorry, I am a newcomer :(

ChuckieT

In simple terms:

Bulk - Overeating to gain muscle and hopefully not too much fat
Cut- Undereating to lose fat and hopefully not too much muscle.
