I recently went to bulk barn and found out that this sugar is very cheap.(0.97 cent per pound) Protein factory used to charge a fortune for this stuff. Anyway how many calories do you think 50 grams have?

50 grams would have 200 calories

Dextrose is good for ya..(its Glucose....blood sugar) but if ya' can try and find bulk Maltodextrin. Its higher GI and IMO better for ya.
