Anyone try this? I'm thinking it sounds like a last resort for me. I'm not motivated enough to make the time to prepare all of my meals, but if there are 3 square meals set up for me like this, then all i have to do is keep myself from eating anything else. Sounds easy to me.

You need to look into your motivation issues, not look to something like this.
What do want from bodybuilding? Get clear on it. Imagine it and visualize it.
Why do you want it? How will it benefit you?
The go buy some food and make 6 meals a day godamnit. ;)

if you have trouble preparing 6 meals a day, try preparing the meals in advance, and then storing them. thats what i do with my chicken. i grill up 5 or 6 chicken breasts, and put them in a zip-lock bag, and toss them in the fridge.
