aight fellas I bought a bottle of ergopharms 1-AD and 6-OXO. I've never done a cycle before, and i'd like to hear from you guys how i should cycle it. How many milligrams a day, and for how long. Keep in mind it's my first cycle, and I'm trying to keep the side effects down to its absolute minimum. I've read to take it with food, because it can cause gastral pain. Do i take the whole dose with a meal before i workout, or do i spread the dosage out over the day with my meal, but always making sure i take one within an hour before i workout?

I'm trying my first cycle of 1-AD. I'm about 4 weeks into it. Will let it go two more before starting the 6-oxo. Thus far I've gained about 30 llbs on bench press from 355 to 385 and I'm seeing veins I've never seen. I'm still high BF%.
I take 2 in the morning with breakfast, 2 with lunch and one with afternoon snack/pre workout meal. For a total of 500mg. Most folks seem to think 600mg is the ceiling for dosage. Some say stick with the recommended dosage of 300mg total on first cycle, but I've found being 6'1 280 = go for the higher dosages in general for results.
Good luck with it. BTW- only major sides I've gotten is lethargy. Man sometimes I'm dragging, epecially if I don't take my ECA stack.
