hi all

i have some questions about creatine,
i was gonna buy cell tech but i know that the muscle u put on isnt really muscle, its water..

is it worth it..i mean, do u still build muscle on creatine of is it water??

lets say i was on creatine for a month then i get off..even though i lose the water retention will i still be bigger then before i was on it???:strong: :eek:

That is correct. The initial gain in weight is due to increased water retention in the muslces.

Yes creatine can help you build more muscle. If you want to know how the process works you can check out the sticky at the top of the forum:)

You will lose the initial weight that you gained due to the water retention but you should gain muscle as well if your diet and training is in order.

Creatine is a good supplement but like most other supps it is not going to make a dramatic difference.
