i notice alot of mention of music on the board, but i dont see much in the way of old punk and HC? maybe im just fat old and stupid and dated, but does anyone else celebrate the likes of: cro-mags, bad brains, dag nasty, 7 Seconds, Gorilla Biscuits, (old) COC, agnostic front, youth of today, turning point, underdog blah blah blah.

i just make lateral moves, either old punk or old new wave. and i'm going to stop saying the word "old" as well.

re-makes eh? i once did a cover of "mr. roboto" by Styx, maybe it'd be fun to cover an agnostic front song. sorry if this was'nt a helpful post. locally i know alot of people who are into it, but they arnt exactly the internet type by any stretch.

Wasn't that queen? I always thought it was, which doesn't mean much.
I am kinda stuck in a time warp too. Haven't heard much new music I like. Not sure if its cause theres no new mucsic I like or I don't have the expusore I did in HS. I think little of both.
I like a the older speed/heavy metal for wo. Megadeth, Anthrax, Danzig.

I used to listen to bad brains, COC, Agnostic front, Minor threat, Fugazi.
Grew out of it, I suppose - most of my stuff back then was on cassette tapes (See, kids, back in the 80's there were these things with magnetic tape that you put in a player), and when I replaced my tapes with CDs, many of those just didn't get replaced.
