I use and recommend Protan... Have never beena JanTana fan at all.
Did have a chance to use some Dream Tan on a competitor last summer for the night show, and I was very impressed.

However, will stick to the Protan in 12 weeks, I know it works and works well.

I myself have never used tanning dyes before. Do these wash off after a shower or do they stay on a little longer? I'm currently doing the tanning bed thing and I know the dye would probably be better for my skin.

The tanning dyes that are used for competition look so fake, you are better off with a self tanner.

There is one at my site, that I personal use, which limits the amount of time I have to spend in the tanning bed.

are these things bad for your skin? I know probably compared to the sun and a tanning bed, they may not be, but something about rubbing chemicals i dont know about onto my skin leaves me questioning them....

A good base tan from the tanning beds then dream tan rules

I may use protan next time due to it lasting longer for photo shoots etc

Some can be, the reason I am so into this particular brand is that it is a skin moisturizer, with a sun screen of 8 in it, and also contains AHA's to keep the skin healthy and smooth.
Not sure if many of you know this, but I spent over 14 years working in the hair and skin care industry, so I am a stickler for ingredients.

when applied properly they look natural on stage, but any competition tan has a very unatural look otherwise
