As most of you know im cutting nearly at the 4 week mark and so far ive lost 4lbs this is right on schedule, because im aiming for 1lb per week.

Im currently eating 2500-2650cals per day (cyclying daily) and this has induced the weight loss ive experienced. what i want to know is when do i make the change of lowering the cals if need be?

My ratio is 40:40:20(fats all EFA's) is there any need to shuffle this? my body fat is sat at 14% also.

Any advice would be appreciated

Since you are still losing at a rate of about a pound a week I would not adjust your calorie intake. When wait loss plateaus then would be the time to drop cals by a small amount.

I don't see any reason as long as you are getting adequate protein and EFA's you should be good to go. Which it looks as though you are getting plenty of both.

i agree with bradley. 'd say keep the calories the same and dont worry about lowering them until you stop losing weight,

you could maybe lower the calories a bit then. or try the same amount of calories for one more week and make sure it wasnt a fluke ;)

lol i'll just cycle a bit lower and stay away from the 2600 figure and work round 2500 :)
