Is it worth giving these a shot if you're on a calorie defiict? I looked into lipoderm-Y and it seems like BS to me. Need to lose the belly
What brand do you recommend if any?

Most fat burners are ephedra free now, so if you can't find an ECA stack, don't even bother wasting your money on crap.

I disagree. Almost any online supplement store sells fat burners w/ephedrine. Not only that, but they are much cheaper online as well. I also have to say that the ephedrine-free fat burners work pretty good (in my experience), provided your diet and training regimen is on track.

I personally like hydroxycuts, it keeps me shredded, but to shed the gut my brother in law is living proof that Xenadrine is truly the best fatburner.. He lost 9kgs or 19lbs in 4 weeks. Ofcourse along with a good diet and cardio. But the xenadrine helped him alot.

Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin, would work.

I would just concentrate on losing the weight at a slow pace (shoot for maybe a one pound a week loss). Just don't cut cals too low when you initially start your diet. Slowly decrease them in small increments each week until you are losing the desired amount of weight.

You could also get you bf checked every couple of weeks which would be a good way to judge your progress.

ephedrine free xenadrine is so useless...just look at the ingredients, it's a joke. if you want a ephedrine free fat burner go with san's tight and stack it with green tea or 7-keto

I think he means just what it says. They use herbal equivalents that are standardized for ephedrine, but don't actually use ephedrine directly.

Tight! by S.A.N. contains synephrine. I was going to post a link to their page covering Tight!, but there's something wrong with their site at the moment.

Here's a link to an article discussing ephedra vs synephrine:
