Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some healthy sweet foods to satisfy an occasional sweet tooth.

Fairly flexible on what were just trying to do it clean.

Thanks in advance for any recipes or suggestions.

sugar free/fat free jello. OMG its good. have it with some cottage cheese and your set for life ;) or have you tried putting somthing like splenda or equal in food? when i have a craving for somthing sweet i usually make some iced tea, and put a couple packets of splenda in it.

Fat-free whipped cream is pretty damn good ;)

I agree with smurf, i buy sugar free jello. 1g carb, 10 calories per serving. Great stuff, and it keeps you in check.

The sugar free jello is a good idea and also might try some sugar free/fat free pudding.

You can also add some Cool Whip-Free to top it off. The Cool Whip has 15 cals per serving and 1g of sugar, 0g of fat.:D

Hey Bradley, is that sugar/fat free pudding ready to eat, or do I have to mix it myself?

You have to mix it up yourself, using skim milk. It is made by Jello and you should find it in the supermarket along with the other gelatin/pie filling products.

Ahhhhhhh BUT the Raspberry crap goes well in a chocolate protein shake...for something a little different.....that crystal light stuff can add a bunch of variety to the same ole same protein shakes......

Try sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding. Add a scoop or two of protein powder plus a little extra milk and you've got sweet AND good for you :)
