:withstupi I've come across some small privately owned sports supplement stores that have prices comparable to online supp stores.

IMO the glycerlean is fine. (even though i prefer Optimum Nutrition 100% whey) ;)

the problem is where you are buying it from. GNC has VERY high prices. It is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH (emphasis on the MUCH) cheaper to buy it from an online site IMO.

example: at the local GNC store i can buy 2lbs. of whey for a little over $20.

i can buy the same whey at 1fast400.com except it is a 5lb tub for ~23.99.

so i pay 4 dollars for an extra 3 pounds of whey :)

Exactly why GNC is evil. They get people who don't know any better about supplement prices, and they purchase them in the store. Then people get wise and learn online that prices differ and are much cheaper online. GNC will always con someone. They did to me when I was a teenager.

there are a lot of threads on multi's as well. i got mine from a local pharmacy. 45 servings for 10.99 it even says "compiarable to GNC's MegaMan Vitamins" on the label. i believe the MegaMan's are like ~25 dollars for 45 servings. i checked the labels of both, and they contain the EXACT same vitamins and amounts of each vitamin. IMO, anything from a GNC store is a rip-off. altough i must admit i do buy fish oil caps from there
