I got this plan from a friend of mine that got it from the avant labs forum from a very reputable bro. Look this over and tell me what you guys think.
-first, stop eating every two hours, consume 3-4 normal meals a day, about 600cals per meal.
-consume BCAA or Whey isolate 10-15grams in a liquid of your choice every hour.
-consume vinegar(red cider vinegar 1.5-3oz a day)spread evenly 3-5 times a day.
-increase sodium intake to 2 grams a day
-increase calcium intake to 2 grams a day
-take 1 gram of magnesium and 50mg of zinc a day
-fish oil, look for high % EPA/DHA as much as you can afford a day, I'm doing about 30 caps a day right now
-calories about 1-1.5 grams protein per pound/BW 25%fat and the rest carbs
-avoid grains, stick to fruits, vegetables and legumes instead
-avoid caffeine, ephedrine is OK, use EGCG 1000mg, forskolin 50mg and yohimbine 18-20mgs a day
-don't take ala
