I got this plan from a friend of mine that got it from the avant labs forum from a very reputable bro. Look this over and tell me what you guys think.

-first, stop eating every two hours, consume 3-4 normal meals a day, about 600cals per meal.

-consume BCAA or Whey isolate 10-15grams in a liquid of your choice every hour.

-consume vinegar(red cider vinegar 1.5-3oz a day)spread evenly 3-5 times a day.

-increase sodium intake to 2 grams a day

-increase calcium intake to 2 grams a day

-take 1 gram of magnesium and 50mg of zinc a day

-fish oil, look for high % EPA/DHA as much as you can afford a day, I'm doing about 30 caps a day right now

-calories about 1-1.5 grams protein per pound/BW 25%fat and the rest carbs

-avoid grains, stick to fruits, vegetables and legumes instead

-avoid caffeine, ephedrine is OK, use EGCG 1000mg, forskolin 50mg and yohimbine 18-20mgs a day

-don't take ala

-cardio should be HIIT, ex-sprint for 10seconds, wait until you catch your breath and than repeat.

would are the goals of the diet?

i dunno, it doesnt sound like a diet i'd want to attempt

This looks like a recipe for pooping often, what is the purpose of the vinegar.

The purpose of the diet is cutting.

cutting your wallet in half, maybe.

i am not saying this approach doesn't work, but cutting can be less complex, cheaper and just as effective without all the mega-dosing of supplements they advocate.

I always like 5-6 meals, but if each meal you're gonna consume 600 calories, 3-4 would be fine.

Also, what's wrong with caffein when cutting?

I dont really see anything wrong with caffine whilst cutting. i mean, people take ECA stacks n' all...
