I love these, by far my fav
Clean 4x4 85 lbs
About right weight
Push press 4x4 85 lbs
pretty hard at end
Flat bench 3x6 155 lbs
-pretty easy at first, but last set i had to squeeze it out with a lil struggle.
Incline bench 3x4 135
pretty hard, last set only got 3 out, usually only use 35's.
Barbell Curls 5x6 65lbs
Felt good, did every rep, did forearms in between sets.
Military Press 3x5 65 lbs

Lowerbody
Squats 3x5 215 lbs
-not too hard, could of used more weight if i was just going for 5, but this weight was good so i can kind of explode up, not too easy though.
Squats 2x1 235
-a little too easy for 1 rep, my damn sunburn was killing me though and i had to try lessen the weight on my shoulders by using my arms.
Stiff leg Deadlifts 3x6 135 lbs
-Was a perfect weight, feel a good burn with these.
Pulldowns 2x10,8,8 140lbs
-I did these in a semi squat to keep abs tight, felt a good contraction on every rep.
Pull ups 2x5 bw
-palms out, felt a good burn in back, kind of struggled at end though.
Standing Ham raises 2x10 25 lbs
-Hard with my machine cuz it doesnt move good but in the gym i can use a lot more weight. Didnt really get a good burn in the right leg, i did with the left though, its hard to find a good weight with these lifts.
Standing Calf raises with barbell 2x6 185lbs
-Kind of easy but hard because the sun burn hurt so bad.
took usuall pw supps
Overall rating 7/10

Hooray! Another 5'8"er in the forum!
I like the rating system, too. Galileo at one point was applying a rating to each section of his journal.
Oh, and have some :spam:
