I'm planning on giving WBB routine #1 a go. Just wondering about the diet that I should go for to get the most out of the program. I'm 27, 6'2, 198lbs, my calipers give me a reading of 12% bf (but I'm skeptical as it may be a bit more)

Planned calories 3800; 20%P/55%C/25%F.

Do I need to adjust the macros? Hope to gain about 0.5 - 1lb / week.

Appreciate your feedback.

Hey, this is just my opinion so I'd wait before going off of anything I say. I think that your protein should be at a higher percentage. Here are the percentages in my diet. The fat is not nearly high enough though. I'd like to maybe make it 50%-30%-20% when I bulk again.

Current Diet: 3620 Calories
Carbs Protein Fats
50% 40% 10%

I don't really think the macro ratios are that important. Just makes sure that you are getting adequate protein and EFA's in your diet. Approximately 1g of protein per lb. of bodyweight and 25-30% of cals from fat (most of this total coming from healthy fats) should be fine. You can fill in the rest of your cals with low GI carbs, except postworkout in which high GI carbs would be recommended.
