Protiens- EAS, MuscleTech, Designer Whey and Pinnacle, GNC Mega Whey
The one I like the best and I think it works the best is Pinnacle Juiced Protien. It's the only chocolate flavor I can stand. About the myozap debate, it may or may not do anything but I found Pinnacle protien has done the best for me. Don't ever buy Vannilla Mega Whey by GNC, the taste is by far the worst vanilla flavor.

Creatines- Weider, Cell Tech, MHP NADH, GNC Creatine Monohydrate.
I've been off creatine for a while, I didn't feel like dealing with it after I started taking NO2, but I am off those till next week. Weider was basic, Cell Tech is harsh, they even have a warning it may burn your throat! MHP NADH was a crock of bull, has no carbs so you need to get those elsewhere and the Grape flavor taste like cough medicine. Right now I am using GNC Creatine Monohydrate Unflovored. Just started the loading phase of this. I tried it cause you can add it everyone and don't have to mix another drink. I'll let you know how it works.

T-Bomb by MHP- Was on for the amount of time it says to cycle, and nothing happened, it didn't even increase my sex drive as it was claiming let alone help build ROCK hard muslce.

I am still in the cycle of this product, about three weeks in. It does increase appetite as it claims, I need that cause I get full when I drink a glass of milk, lol. I don't want to say too much cause I'm not done cycling but the I have gained 2 pounds since I started taking it. I will let you know what I think at the end of the 6 weeks. They have changed it some since I bought my bottle, mine is 500 pellets and you dissolve six in your mouth 3 times a day, now they have changed it to pills and you take 1 3 times daily, I don't know if they have changed the formula.

NO2- Ok this does what it claims to do as I posted elsewhere. You get a nice pump, sex drive increase, it proportions your skeletl muscles where the should be, I noticed a difference in my facial muscles. It makes your hair grow faster. The down fall is it is expensive, it is worth it in my opinion and I can't wait till the first when I can start taking it again. You don't need to cycle off it unless you go broke!

I also take GNC Mega Men of course.

I forgot to add......You shouldn't consume caffine while on NO2, it kills the effects. And you probably already know you shouldn't consume caffine while on Creatine, I've heard within an hour before or after taking creatine, but AI steer completely away from it. I was an avid coffee drinker, 3 cups in the morning, pot of coffee durning my soaps, after dinner coffee, and I have completely cut caffine, I didn't even go through withdrawls which is amazing.

Just curious if you could post some links to some studies that says you shouldn't consume caffiene while on creatine?

There is no sense in reading them I have used creatine many times while taking an Ec stack and the results are the same.

I also consume quite a bit of caffeine while taking creatine. No difference here.

For N02 there is warning on the bottle about caffine and with creatine it said so on MuscleTechs Cell Tech and I called them to find out and they said within hour of taking it before and after.

Although I think if you take the two at different times you should be fine. I just posted this study to show that there were actual studies on it. Take it for what it's worth:)

I was thinking about getting back on the Cell Tech. So... sence the RFA-1 has caffeine in it.. I shouldnt take it?

I think the reason you shouldn't take caffeine with No2 is because they have opposite effects....No2 acts as a vasodilator and im am guessing that caffeine is a vasoconstrictor.....

Muscletech......if that corporation tried to sell you the brooklyn bridge, I know half the people in gyms would be dumb enough to buy a peice of it.

I just would not take them at the same time. Might not make a whole lot of difference but most people take ECAs preworkout and creatine postworkout which would be fine IMO.
