Guys -

I've been doing [some variation] of a CKD diet for over 3 months. I've lost around 30 pounds and look a lot better.

I'm ready to get back to a "more normal" high protein, moderate carb, moderate/low fat diet......how should I go about the transition back to a more "normal" way of eating and training.

slowly re-introduce the carb level you want to maintain

i would start with adding 40 g for a few days, then another 40g or so till u hit your desired level. your body is pretty quick to re-adapt.

i would also intoduce them @ certain times...
maybe first start by adding some pre-workout. and then at breakfast, etc.
