how to measure bulk ala powder?

i just ordered some ala powder. was wonderin if someone can tell me how to measure the powder so i can get 100mg. i might cap them but the caps say it holds 500mg, how can i get the 100mg or can i get 100mg caps. i might just drink the powder also but need to know how i can get the correct dosage. this is my first time doing this so any help is appreciated. thank you

this is what i do since most food scales won't weigh 100mg accurately....

count 50 caps. weigh them.
fill them. cap them.
weigh them again. divide the difference by 50 and you have amt/cap -- mine usually come out to 200mg, but that depends on the size of your capsules.

1 g of ALA is about 4 mL.

The easiest way to get approximately 100 mg in each cap is put it with dextrose or something in a 1:4 ratio and then shake it up. For more accuracy you'll need a scale or figure out the volume of the capsules and the materials.
