After I finish my 2 ten pound bags of ON 100% whey(choco and vanilla), I plan on getting 2 5 lb tubs of ON whey(trying the choco mint and getting vanilla to mix with things), 1000/or/2000 grams of micronized creatine(first time I will be using) or monohydrate from either AST or Prolab, and will most likely buy some BCAA pills, flax oil, and maltodextrin and/or dextrose to mix in with pwo shake(all new sups for me.)
that will probably run about 100 to 125 dollars with shipping.
thinking about glutamine as well, useful or worthless? AST micronized creatine or Prolab regular monohydrate creatine?

glutamine isn't really necessary when bulking, but when cutting you could get it just to be careful. and for the creatine, it doesn't matter, they are both the same

I'm getting back on NO2 and I'm adding glutamine to my line up as well. I can't believe I over looked it before. right now I'm only on protien and creatine and multi vitamans.

Unless you are cutting I would leave out the glutamine and BCAA, and if you do decide to use the BCAA then get the powder and not the pills. The powder is really the only way to go to get the most out of BCAA supplementation.
I would choose fish oil over flax oil. As far as the creatine monohydrate I would just go with the cheaper of the two.
