Well, it's been almost 4 months and to be honest with you, i haven't made much progress with size gains, i have however, been getting stronger! I was able to lift almost the same weight I used to lift when i was 15lbs heavier only weighin 169-170lbs! I'm 5'10, and my goal is to gain 15lbs of lean muscle mass... here are my most recent pictures...

you have a great biceps peak. Overall you look good, great base to start with to put on some serious size.

i know my chest needs work
and my triceps too... i think it has to do with the fact that perhaps i wasn't leaning forward enough when i do dips, thus overdoing the triceps perhaps? i cant get the inner head to grow much...

you need: some leg pics

need to improve: tricep mass, add sum size to those tri's, and front delts

strengths: back, n traps r real great, you got good chest size too, but needs a lil....bicep peak is lookin real good too

We seem to have similar genetics, and look similar (if I could get any pictures), only I'm fatter. Looking really good though, very nice bicep peak. If our genetics are truly similar, then good lukc getting the chest to grow. :) (mine simply doesn't like to :()

yea dude!! i know... my chest doesnt ever grow :( i've gotten some roundness but not much thickness..and i do work it hard... flat bb, incline db, dips, once a week, i dont over-do it... are ur legs big? mine suck LOL

Looking really good bro! Nice arms and back are definitely strengths.

I think you'd have no problem attaining your mass goals if you eat right, supplement smart and train your ass off!

I think you are ready for "the next level" ;)

right now they are 16.6... i once got them to a lil over 16 1/2... my goal is 17 inches..

I see the pics now, very nice indeed. Yeh, whats already been said about chest/tris, they will grow in time :)

OMG! IM SO happy!! i've gained some size since last month... let me tell you, sleep helps!! sleep is sooo important! :D My waist is still under 33 and i still grew.. anyway, i've been training seriously for about 2 years... i check my stats monthly by the way, heh.

Yeah, sleep rocks. I actually find I can see small gains in the mirror when I wake up in the morning, after a workout the day before... its so awsome!!!
