Hello all, Iv'e been back into weight training for about a year and thinking about trying creatine.....what type of creatine ie .monohydrate etc....would be best and also, what manufacturers make a good product?

monohydrate is the best, but if that causes you some stomach problems(diarrhea etc) then try micronized creatine

as far as manufacturers, creatine is creatine. but some people say prolab has some good monohydrate

just make sure you get 100% (pure creatine) or at least 99.9% pure creatine

I've heard that creapure is good. Whatever u get, get plain micronized creatine (dry powder). Mix with juice or sugar if that turns you on.

I have some prolab creatine (creapure) and i mix with water and dextrose, id say its a good product. But then again ive never had any other type or brand of creatine.
