Which kind of cardio do you think is more effective at burning fat.
A 30-40 minute moderately paced session, or a 15-20 minute balls to the wall session? Does it matter? Does one work better?
I'd go with a 30-40 minute balls to the wall. :D
I believe that higher intensity burns more fat while giving a cardio benefit, while the lower intensity will burn fat but not give you the same cardio benefit. Either way, you should try to keep your cardio to a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
