I decided to do start on some creatine and whey protein. Will do the creatine for 6 weeks and prolly just stay on the protein until i run out.

I'd also like to do something that will help to add some bulk, but I'm not sure where to look. I want to eliminate or at least minimize any side effects, especially the estrogen ones. Any sign of man tits, acne, or hair loss, and I'll stop. I was thinking of doing a week on/week off and seeing how that goes as it would be my first.

I'd love to know what you all think, and if you have any good product suggestions that keep out the unwanted side effects. I'm also slowly working on removing my excess gut, so something that wont add to that would be great as well.

Thanks :)

There is no need to cycle creatine or protein. It is fine if you would like to cycle the creatine but protein should be an important aspect of your diet all the time. That does not mean that you have to take a whey protein, but you should make sure and get adequate protein in your diet everyday (1g per lb. of bw).

I think if you are new to training you will see plenty of gains without any supplements. I would stick to developing a good diet and training program and then maybe later worrying about pro-hormones or 1-test. With that being said I would recommend reading the sticky at the top of the forum on prohormones.

if you are just starting on protein I think you will find that is the ticket

you could take all the 1-Test in the world and without enough protein you will not gain muscle

the other main reason I agree with Bradley is if you start on a solid diet (not that yours isn't) and 1-Test at the same time you won't know what to attribute your gains to
