Nice work bro. Chest is for real starting to fill out! Good work man keep it up. You will be stealing peoples lunch money before you know it!!
cool thing is, i haven't even started benching yet :)
Chest and traps look to be an improvement. How much weight have you gained?

I'm pretty tall (6ft3) so it doesnt show as much as i'd like.

rich: i can definitely see an improvement on the fullness of your chest. how is it that you accomplished that without benching? push-ups? flyes?
i guess it must be down to push-ups, that seems to be the only excercise i'm doing that targets the chest. i do 2 sets a week, started off doing 2x 20 and i'm up to 2x 32. not much!

Strange man. Like narc said that's where I see the most emprovement is the chest and like ChaseyChase said the traps look to be higher as well. Great job.

things to work on: just keep gettin overall mass, keep building up...eatin, workin hard, all that
strengths: ur really gainin on ur chest and traps, n shoulders! your arms seem to be a lil thicker too, kinda hard to tell though...just keep workin at it your doin a good job

Like everyone else said, chest and traps show the biggest difference, but you look bigger all around. Also the shoulders.. it's not one straight line down your arms anymore, your shoulders stick out. I started lifting at 5'11 120lbs about 3-4 years ago. I just finished bulking and ended at 190lbs now. Wish I took before pictures. =]

Yep you look much healthier in the 2nd pic. I'd say more attractive but I'm not gonna go there.

Wtf? Did you just recently escape from a concentration camp? Excellent job on the weight gain. I think you were at a very unhealthy weight in your first pic, and it looks like you are starting to get up there a bit. I still think you have a lot of weight to put on, but should progress rather quickly if you can continue packing it on, and incorporating a decent weight training routine.
